Group EXERCISE Classes

Our group exercise classes are a great way to exercise in a fun, sociable way. Our classes include strength training and boxing and all our classes are welcoming and inclusive. We welcome beginners and returners to exercise and pride ourselves on our loyal client base who love the friendly enjoy movement vibe.

We aim to create an environment that means you enjoy moving your body, so you exercise for life, not for a short-term fix.

We love boxing, it’s an empowering and enjoyable way of moving your body and it’s brilliant for mental fitness too, which makes it a brilliant way of moving your body in midlife too.

Carole runs all our boxing classes at Eridge Village Hall. We have classes on Tuesday evening and Friday morning.

Personal Training

We are female personal trainers working in and around Tunbridge Wells. We specialise in working with women who want to embrace moving their bodies for life but haven’t yet found a sustainable or enjoyable way to do this. If you don’t enjoy exercise or feel uncomfortable in a gym setting, then we are the coaches for you.

We have worked with hundreds of women, particularly those in peri and post menopause, to feel more energised, less stressed, sleep better and feel more confident in body and mind.

We offer the best coaching for women in midlife who want a realistic, positive, sustainable approach to exercise and lifestyle coaching. We not only value kindness and inclusivity, but we are also committed to empowering women to thrive and enjoy this next stage of their lives.

Boxing

We love to box! Boxing is a great way to get fit whilst challenging your brain, by learning or developing a new skill. All our boxing classes are held just outside of Tunbridge Wells at Eridge Village Hall.

Carole teaches three classes a week and welcomes everyone, no matter what your experience or ability.

carole’s approach is unique, refreshing and encouraging.

Her classes are friendly, caring and well thought-out and she takes care to vary the content to maintain my interest. She instinctively knows how to pace for my fluctuating energy levels too!
